Two ways to practice the aerial hoop
The aerial hoop can be practiced in 2 main ways: either in “classical” mode, i.e. in height (on average 3m from the ground), or in “hoop-dance” mode. The hoop-dance is practiced at a variable height during the act: the artist alternates between working on the ground, rotating and then working in the air. Thus the hoop goes up and down (raised either by a winch or by a rope/pulley system). Eklabul also offers you a duo dance hoop number… for more visual impact, choose this 100% aesthetic and poetic issue.

Aerial hoop: an aerial ballet
Another aerial ballet technique: the aerial hoop will offer you air shows filled with grace and elegance several metres above the ground. Also known as “lyra”, the aerial hoop is one of the most sensual and aesthetic devices. Professional acrobats use hoops of different sizes to perform magnificent dances where their flexibility is highlighted. Women often use this hoop technique by performing acrobatics in the air but also on the ground.
